A major part of our work lies in informing and educating, working to improve the awareness of health and social care professionals through participating in Undergraduate Medical training, working in partnership with the Public Health Agency and others to provide lectures on specific areas and conditions, and through all our advocacy activities. Equally, we work to ensure that accurate, reliable information is easily available to patients and families, through our website, and through encouraging the provision of better information on services available by health service providers and others.
